Staff of Necromancy

This staff allows use of the following spells.

• Circle of Death (Intensify Spell, 2 charges, DC 29)
• Create Greater Undead (1 charge)
• Finger of Death (Improved Heighten Spell, 2 charges, DC 34)
• Soul Bind (Improved Heighten Spell, 2 charges, DC 34). The soul trapped through the use of the Soul Bind spell is trapped in the staff rather than a gem. Only by breaking the staff can the souls be freed.
