Ring of Skill, improved

Rings of this nature continually grant the wearer a +15 competence bonus on checks relating to the skill the ring is tied to. For example, a Ring of Climbing, Improved would grant a +15 bonus to the Climb skill. These rings add a bonus to one skill, and one skill only.
